改良电休克治疗难治性精神分裂症的效果研究

Effects study of modified electric shock therapy in treatment of patients with refractory schizophrenia

目的 研究改良电休克（MEC）治疗方案对难治性精神分裂症疾病患者的临床效果。方法 选择2014年1月~2016年1月我院收治的84例难治性精神分裂症疾病患者,采用随机数字表分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组42例。单纯应用奥氮平对对照组患者实施治疗,在奥氮平的基础上加用MEC治疗方案对治疗组患者实施治疗。对比两组难治性精神分裂症疾病的治疗效果、精神状态恢复正常时间和精神分裂症治疗总时间、在治疗期间出现的不良反应、治疗前后PANSS评分的改善幅度。结果 治疗组患者精神状态恢复正常时间和精神分裂症治疗总时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;难治性精神分裂症疾病的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在治疗期间出现的不良反应明显少于对照组,不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前后PANSS评分改善幅度比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后,治疗组PANSS评分改善幅度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 MEC对难治性精神分裂症患者治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective To study the clinical effects of modified electric shock （MEC） therapy in treatment of patients with refractory schizophrenia.Methods 84 patients with refractory schizophrenia in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by using random number table,and each group was 42 cases.Patients in the control group were simplely used olanzapine,and patients in the treatment group were added modified electric shock therapy on the basis of olanzapine.The treatment effects,time of mental state return to normal,total duration of treatment for schizophrenia,adverse effects in treatment period and improve degree of PANSS score between two groups were compared.Results Time mental state return to normal and total duration of treatment for schizophrenia in the treatment group were obviously shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was sta- tistically significant （P〈0.05）.The treatment effects in the treatment group were obviously better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.During the treatment,adverse reaction in the treat- ment group were obvious less than those in the control group,and the difference of rate of adverse reaction was statisti- cal significance （P〈0.05）.The improve degree of PANSS score before and after treatment had statistical significance （P〈 0.05） in two group;after treatment,the improve degree of PANSS score in the treatment group was obvious higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effects of using modified electric shock therapy in patients with refractory schizophrenia are very obvious.
