微型钢板与克氏针内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的效果对比分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的 对比分析微型钢板和克氏针内固定用于治疗掌指骨骨折的效果。方法 选择我院在2014年2月~2015年5月收治的掌指骨骨折患者78例进行回顾性分析,根据患者选择治疗方法的差异将患者分为研究组和对照组患者,各69例。研究组患者采用微型钢板进行治疗,对照组患者采用克氏针进行治疗,比较两组患者的术后手功能恢复良好率和术后并发症出现的情况,并进行综合效果判定。结果 研究组患者骨折愈合的良好率为94.8%,明显高于对照组(69.2%),并发症发生率为5.2%,明显低于对照组(25.7%)(P〈0.05)。结论 在掌指骨骨折的治疗中,采用微型钢板固定的疗效要明显优于克氏针内固定,有着积极的临床治疗价值。 Objective To compare the effect of mini plate and Kirschner wire internal fixation in treating metacarpal and phalangeal fracture.Methods 78 metacarpal and phalangeal fracture patients from February 2014 to May 2015 of our hospital were retrospective analyzed.Patients were divided into study group and control group according to the dif- ferent methods,and each group was 69 cases.Patients in study group were used mini plate and patients in control group were used Kirschner wire.Postoperative hand function recovery rate and incidence of postoperative complications in two groups were compared and the effects were judged comprehensively.Results The good rate for fracture healing in study group was 94.8%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (69.2%);the incidence of complication was 5.2%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (25.7%) (P〈0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture,the effect of using mini plate fixation are obvious better than using Kirschner wire internal fixation,and with positive clinical treatment value.
