Objective To analyze the pharmacy intervention methods of quinolones antibacterial drugs clinical application, and to explore the value of pharmaceutical intervention in quinolone antibacterial drugs in clinical application. Methods 2000 cases of quinolone antibiotic prescription from January to December in 2014 in our hospital without pharmaceutical intervention were selected as the control group, and 2000 pieces of quinolone antibacterial drugs prescription from January to December in 2015 in our hospital with pharmaceutical intervention were selected as the ob- servation group. The control group had not carried out pharmaceutical intervention, the prescription was reviewed, the un- qualified prescriptions were summarized and analyzed. The observation group had implemented the corresponding drug intervention according to the reasons of the control group. The unqualified prescription rate, frequency of use of quinolones drugs, drug utilization index was compared between the two groups. Results The unqualified prescription rate in the observation group was 9.10%,which was lower than 12.85% in the control group, with significant difference (P〈 0.05).The frequency of use of quinolones drugs, drug utilization index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion According to quinolone antibacterial drugs of irrational drug use causes implementation for pharmaceutical intervention can effectively reduce the unreasonable drug application, improve drug utilization rate.
