左氧氟沙星在初治肺结核患者中的应用价值

Application value of Levofloxacin in the patients with initial treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis

目的 探讨左氧氟沙星在初治肺结核患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2012年10月~2014年3月本院收治的58例初治肺结核患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组（常规抗结核治疗组）和观察组（常规治疗加左氧氟沙星组）,各29例。比较两组治疗后2、4、6个月的痰菌转阴率及病灶吸收情况,治疗前和治疗后2、4、6个月的肺功能指标。结果 观察组治疗后2、4、6个月的痰菌转阴率及病灶吸收率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后2、4、6个月的VC、MMF、MVV及FEV1.0水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 左氧氟沙星在初治肺结核患者中的应用价值较高,能够明显改善患者的呼吸功能状态。

Objective To explore the application value of Levofloxacin in the patients with initial treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 58 patients with initial treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from October 2012 to March 2014 were selected and divided into the control group （conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment group） and the observation group （conventional treatment and Levofloxacin group） according to the method of random number table,29 cases in each group.The sputum negative conversion rates and lesion absorption rates at the second,fourth and sixth month after the treatment,pulmonary function indexes before the treatment and at the second,fourth and sixth month after the treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The sputum negative conversion rates and and lesion absorption rates in the observation group at the second,fourth and sixth month after the treatment was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The level of VC,MMF,MVV,FEV1.0 in the observation group at the second,fourth and sixth month after the treatment was better than that in the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application value of Levofloxacin in the patients with initial treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis is higher,and its role for the improvement of respiratory function state is obvious.
