毫火针联合中药口服治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床研究

The clinical study of milli-fire needle therapy combining with Chinese herbs for Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of postherpetic neuralgia

目的 观察毫火针联合中药口服治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法 将2015年10月~2016年6月我科室收治的80例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组采用毫火针联合中药口服治疗,对照组口服甲钴胺片、西咪替丁片、肌注维生素B12注射液,两组疗程均为1个月。两组均于1个月治疗周期后观察和评定疗效。结果 治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为95.0%和65.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 毫火针联合中药口服治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果显著,不良反应少,适合临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effects of milli-fire needle therapy combining with Chinese herbs on treating Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of postherpetic neuralgia （PHN）.nethods Eighty patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of PHN treated in our department from October 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the treatment group was treated with milli-fire needle therapy combining with oral herb decoction,while patients in the control group was treated with oral mecobalamin and cimetidine,plus in- tramuscular injection of vitamin B12,all the courses were one month.After one month of treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated in two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment group and control group was 95.0% and 65.0%, showing significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Milli-fire needle therapy combing with Chinese herb is a safe and effective way of treating PHN.It＇s suitable for clinical popularization and application.
