Discussion on the Development Model of Medical Group under the New Situation

通过对中美两国医生集团的发展状况的梳理,找出中国医生集团发展存在的问题,探索中国医生集团未来发展的出路。通过对中国医生集团的探究,发现中国医生集团发展模式主要有以下三种:体制外医生集团、体制内医生集团、移动型医生集团,这三种模式各有特点,但在准入门槛、配套政策、管理专业化、品牌塑造等方面均存在欠缺。中国医生集团要发展必须加强专业化管理、完善配套措施、下沉医疗资源惠及更多患者。

Through literature review on medical group in China and U. S. , this article found the existing problems in the development of China＇s medical group, explored the way for the future development of China^s medical group. By focusing on exploration of China＇s medical group, it found the development models of China＇s medical group mainly have the following three types., medical group outside of the system, medical group within the system and the mobile medical group. These three models have their own characteristics, but sharing some of the same defects, including the barriers in threshold, insufficient supporting policies, unprofessional management and lack of branding build. In order to develop China＇s medical group, it has to strengthen the professional management, improve the supporting measures and distribute the medical resources to benefit more patients.
