高等职业技术学校校区规划——以深圳职业技术学院新校区规划为例

经济的快速发展使我国对高职人才的需求大量增长,高职院校的新兴和校园空间的膨胀以及社会化要求之间产生了诸多冲突。深圳职业技术学院是当前国内高职学校发展的典型之一,规划在对其多山地的新校区进行研究的基础上提出:用地条件和布局的多方案比较,规划布局反映高职学校的功能、基地空间和景观特点是适应当代高职校园规划的有效途径之一。

With the rapid development of economy, the needs of polytechnic people in China grow so fast that unbalance hap-pens among the new pattern school, the expanding space demand and the social-ization of education. Based on the study of hilly site of Shenzhen Polytechnic, which has been a paragon of polytechnic educa-tion in China, this plan proposes that multi-concept comparison in site and layout, and the expression of distinction of polytechnic education, site and landscape will be one of the answer to this dilemma.
