Study of Based on Cumulative Logits Transition Model for Analyzing the Ordinal Data of Sleep Disorder

主要采用累积Logits转移模型分析有序纵向睡眠障碍数据.目的是分析治疗具有睡眠障碍病人的新药的疗效是否显著;起始时刻分到新药组和安慰剂组的人数是否做到随机性;以及经过一段时间的治疗,药物对每类病人的疗效如何.结论表明,整体上来说,药物的疗效显著;起始条件是随机的;药物对病情不同的病人疗效不同,对病情较严重的病人,药物的疗效更显著.

Using the cumulative Logits transition model to analyze the ordinal longitudinal sleep disorder data in this paper. The object is to analyze whether the effect of a new drug in the treatment of patients with sleep disorder is significant; whether the two groups of new drug and placebo are randomized in starting time; after a period of treatment, the efficacy of the new drug to each category of patients. Results show that, on the whole, the new drug has obvious effect; initial condition is randomized; Efficacy for each category of patients is different, patients with more severe disease, the efficacy of the drug is more significant.
