First of all, combined with the practice of construction project management, to establish the evaluation index system of construction engineering performance. Then to evaluate the standardized processing by using the relative membership degree formula, to determine the weight of index factor by using linear programming; by using the projection formula for actual data vector, to get the proximity of evaluation value and the target value,for the evaluatation of the construction project management performance . The case illustrates this evaluation method is really feasible, and it is also very easy to understand.
