摘要
文章以调查问卷的形式,对安徽工程大学图书馆的300个用户进行了调查,以调查数据为基础,对图书馆服务评价体系进行了分析,并运用Design-Expert Trial 8.05软件中的Box-Behnken设计对图书馆服务评价体系中的主要影响因素及相互关系进行分析评价。结果发现,用户对图书馆服务体系的评价主要受图书馆的服务、环境、纸质图书馆藏、数字资源等因素的影响,其中图书馆的服务与图书馆纸质资源和数字资源、图书馆环境与图书馆数字资源之间均有着明显的交互作用。结果表明:网络信息环境下,图书馆数字资源的丰富与否直接影响了用户对图书馆资源的使用和访问,而图书馆环境的优雅程度和服务的好坏直接影响了用户访问(借阅)时的心情。这通常最能给用户留下难以忘怀的印象,从而直接决定了图书馆在用户心中的印象。
In this paper, by using the questionnaire survey, 300 library users of Anhui polytechnic universitywere investigated, based on the survey data, library service evaluation system are analyzed. The relationshipamong factors of library service evaluation system was analyzed by used Box-Behnken design of Design-ExpertTrial 8.05 software. The results were found that the evaluation on the library service system of user was mainlyaffected by the library service, environment, paper library collection, digital resources and so on, which hadobvious interaction of the library service and paper resources and digital resources. The same result between thelibrary environment and digital library resources was shared. Results show that under the network informationenvironment, library digital resources will directly influence the use and visit of users of library resources. Theusers7 mood was affected by the elegant extent and quality of library services environment when user accessed thelibrary. The above can usually to give users an unforgettable impression, which directly decide the impression oflibrary.
