摘要
高校图书馆个性化信息服务的发展需要借鉴各行各业的成功经验,小米手机的营销模式具有很强的参考性。文章从"小米模式"的特征入手,以湖北文理学院学生为实证研究对象,通过文献调研、问卷调查和半结构化访谈的研究方法得出数据,从按需定制、社会化媒体营销、以人为本、合作共赢等四个角度出发,分析了提升高校图书馆个性化信息服务水平的有效途径。
The development of individualized information service of university library needs to draw lessons fromthe successful experience of all walks of life. The marketing mode of millet phone is a great reference to the library.This paper, starting from millet mode characteristics, serves the students of Hubei University of Arts and Science as theobject of empirical study, obtains data by the ways of literature research, questionnaire survey and semi-structuredinterviews, and analyzes the effective ways to improve the level of personalized information service in university libraryfrom the angels of the need to customize, social media marketing, people-oriented and win-win cooperation.
