寺庙公产:传统地方社会冲突中的特殊领域(上)——以《天台治略》中的寺产案公牍为例

Temple as Public Property:Particular Field for Social Conflicts in Traditional Local Regions——A Case Study of Temple Property Case in Tiantai Governance

寺庙财产是传统社会中一个特殊的"公产"范畴,涉及各个社会群体之间的复杂关系,其中,对抗与冲突是其中重要的一面。戴兆佳《天台治略》所载广严寺案中的寺产处理在官、民之间引起的争议和对抗折射出这一时期寺庙财产的"公产"面貌所具有的模糊性和复杂性,说明所谓"公产"在区域群体认同中扮演的竞争领域角色,为我们呈现出地方社会历史情境下,公共财产所具有的特殊面貌。

Temple＇s asset is considered as a kind of public porperty in traditional society, which relate to benefits of different social groups resulting in antagonism and conflict. Guangyan Temple case in Tiantai Governance reflects ambiguity and complexity of temple as public property. It shows that public property has particular function as competitive fields among social groups under local historical society.
