摘要
CBI主题模式教学是大学英语基础阶段行之有效的方法。采用CBI主题模式教学的实验班和采用传统模式教学的对照班的对比实验发现,CBI主题模式教学能够有效提高学生的英语水平。实验班的问卷调查结果显示,CBI主题模式教学能够丰富学生的知识面,有助于学生学习兴趣、思辨能力和语言技能的培养。
CBI theme-based teaching model is a good option for College English teaching at the fundamental level. This research focuses on the effects of this teaching model on students’ language learning with a comparative teaching experiment and a questionnaire. The findings of the research indicates that CBI theme-based teaching model can not only improve studentsJ English level but also enrich students ,knowledge and develop their learning interest, critical thinking ability and language competence.
