甘蓝型油菜千粒重的遗传效应分析 被引量:4

摘要 通过对6个甘蓝型油菜亲本进行不完全双列杂交设计试验,利用加性(A)—显性(D)模型分析千粒重遗传效应,结果表明:甘蓝型油菜千粒重性状同时受到基因的加性效应和显性效应共同作用,以加性遗传效应为主,可将加性遗传效应高的亲本作为改良的理想亲本。在杂交组合测配中要尽量选择加性遗传效应高的亲本和显性遗传效应高且具有显著性差异的组合。 The genetic effects of thousand kernel weight ( TKW) were elucidated with the additive dominance model based on the incomplete diallel crosses of six parental lines of Brassica napus L. The results showed that both of additive and dominant effects were detected for the trait of thousand kernel weight in Brassica napus L. , and the additive effect was higher than the dominant effect,which means that the lines with high additive genetic effect could be served as the ideal breeding parents. The hybrid combination test should be focused on the parents with high additive genetic effect and combinations with high and significant dominant genetic effect, taking, for example, the combination of P3 P6 crossed from No. 3 and No. 6 parental lines of Brassica napus L.
