配方营养液对烤烟漂浮育苗烟苗生长及生理特性的影响

The Effects of Nutrient Solutions on the Growth and Physiological Characters of Flue-cured Tobacco Floating Seedlings

为了研究漂浮育苗中不同配方营养液对烟苗生长的影响,以‘云烟87’为材料,采用大棚试验,考察了6种配方营养液对烤烟苗期农艺性状、叶绿素含量、根系活力、硝酸还原酶含量的影响。结果表明,采用"金土地"水剂育苗,有利于大十字期烤烟叶片的生长和干物质积累,增加烟苗色素含量;能增加成苗期茎围,促进叶片生长,有利于光合产物向地下转移,鲜干比较大;能缩短烤烟育苗时间。综合分析,"金土地"水剂较适于郴州烟区烤烟育苗。

In order to study the effects of different nutrient solutions on the seedling growth in floating seedlings,＇Yunyan 87 ’ was used in a greenhouse experiment with six different nutrient solutions, and the agronomic characteristics, chlorophyll contents, root vigor and nitrate reductase contents of flue - cured tobacco seedlings were measured. The results showed that aJintudir,watery liquid promoted tobacco growth,leaf growth,dry matter accumulation,increased the tobacco seedling chlorophyll contents and stem circumference. It is in favor of the photosynthetic product transfer to the underground ; and the fresh - dry ratio is larger. It shortened the time of flue - cured tobacco seedling. By comprehensive analysis,the “Jintudi” watery liquid is more suitable for tobacco seedling production in Chenzhou.
