摘要
该文对压阻式压力传感器在3,6,9,12 V电源电压E下载荷F(包括加载和卸载)与非平衡电桥输出电压U0之间的响应关系进行测定。分别利用Matlab软件的命令窗口、图形界面(GUI)拟合工具箱和M文件方法决定出不同电源电压下传感器的灵敏度K。结果表明,随着电源电压的增长、传感器灵敏度等比例的增长,暗示可通过增加电源电压来提高测量精度。结合获得的灵敏度测量任意物体的质量,得到了十分满意的结果。另外,通过实际操作也说明Matlab 3种数据拟合手段各有优势。
The response function of silicon piezoresistive sensors has been measured between loading weight( including loading and unloading) and output voltage from unbalanced electronic bridge experiment with power voltage 3,6,9,12 V. The sensitivity of sensor has been determined using the three data processing methods from Matlab software,which are command window,Graphical User Interface( GUI) curve fitting toolbox and writing the M program in turn. It is shown that the sensitivity of sensor is changed proportionally being accompanied by the increasing power voltage. This phenomenon indicates that it is an approach by increasing the power voltage if you want improves the experimental precision. According to the above,the mass of the anything has also been weighed,a pleased result was obtained. In addition,we also exhibit the advantage and the disadvantage of those three data processing methods from Matlab software respectively by this actual operation.
