摘要
该文采用分光光度技术法对酸性电镀液中的铜含量进行测定,待测物不需要有机溶剂萃取分离,可直接在水溶液中进行测定。该络合物在λ为450 nm处有最大吸收,铜离子浓度在1.0-8.0μg/m L范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律,线性相关系数r=0.998 05,平均回收率101.4%,RSD为3.06%。该方法对酸性电镀液中铜含量测定与原子吸收光谱法的测定结果基本一致。
A green method of determination of copper ions in acid plating bath using spectrophotometric was introduced. The complex compound has an absorption maximum at λ( = 450 nm). It was in accordance with Lambert- Beer' s Law when the concentration of copper ions was in the range of 1. 0 - 8. 0 μg / mL. The linear correlation coefficient is 0. 998 05( r = 0. 998 05). The average recovery is 101. 4%,and the RSD( addition standard recovery) is 3. 06%. The result of the content of copper ions in acid plating bath determined with this method is consistent with the result determined with atomic absorption spectrometry.
