基于工作能力的数控加工实训体系研究

Study on the Training System of NC Machining Based on the Work Ability

该文从实际工作所涉及的4方面能力着手,构建了数控加工实训体系。体系由3个阶段组成,从培养良好的职业素养和训练扎实的基本功,到典型案例和工作案例的训练,到最终进入真实的企业环境工作,依次推进,最终形成工作能力。同时从规章制度建设、加工和检测内容建设、档案库建立3方面,进一步充实和完善该实训体系。

Combined with the existing NC machining of training system,we put forward the NC training system based on four aspects of the actual work ability. The system build from three stages,the first two stages was completed by the formation of the four abilities of text and charts. In addition,through the construction of regulations and the content of processing and testing,establish archives,these three aspects further enrich and perfect the training system.
