The practice of crowdsourcing in business circles is vigorously carried out, and the successful cases are too numerous to enumerate. Since the scholars brought the concept of crowdsourcing into the libraries, it has produced remarkable results. However, under the influence of the concept of crowdsourcing with the essence of mass guiding the innovation, the prospects of librarians’ occupation will be even more worrying. On the premise of the librarians’ qualifications guaranteed by laws and regulations,the roles of the librarians will be diversified.
