摘要
论文调查了"211"高校图书馆微信公众平台自定义菜单的基本情况及所提供的具体服务类型,发现这些高校图书馆微信自定义菜单基本涵盖了图书馆的基本服务和一些重要的、特色的服务,但服务基本类似,创新性服务较少。部分高校图书馆自定义菜单内容独特,如:重庆大学图书馆内容多样且极具特色,如二维码门禁、语音检索等;华东师范大学图书馆推出的家园国学不仅名称新颖且内容丰富。建议借助于现代化的技术对图书馆服务进行更多的尝试与创新。
Through an investigation of the present situation of the custom menus on wechat platforms in the university libraries of “211 Project”,it has been found that all the custom menus cover both the basic and characteristic services, unfortunately, the service modes provided are similar and lack in originality. Some university libraries have unique contents, such as Chongqing University Library has two-dimension code access control and voice retrieval, and East China Normal University Library creates Jiayuanguoxue ( National Ethos in Family Garden). The author of this article makes a suggestion that libraries should use modem technology to make more attempts and innovations in their service scopes.
