浅析图书供应商信用体系的构建——基于图书馆用户角度

On the construction of credit system of book suppliers

在指出建设图书供应商信用评分体系的必要性的基础上,提出图书供应商信用评分体系的构建要素包含招投标阶段、项目执行与验收和合作单位的意见反馈三个方面,并用AHP方法确定各项权重,通过分值计算,将图书供应商的信用等级分为三级:良好、合格和不良。

This paper makes an analysis of the necessity of the construction of credit rating system for the book suppliers, and holds that the main elements of the scoring system of the credit of book suppliers include the following three aspects： the stage of bidding, project execution and approval, and the feedback from the cooperation units, namely the post-sales customer service. The credit of book suppliers is graded into three levels： good, qualified and unqualified, and through the calculation of scores the credit rating of the book suppliers can be classified.
