陕西农村秦腔文化建设的调查——以陕西关中农村秦腔剧团的调查为例

The Rise and Decline and Rebuilding of Chinese Rural Traditional Folk Culture——The example of a survey of an amateur dramatic Shaanxi Opera Group

近年来,秦腔的发展随着农村文化的边缘化而日渐式微。从表面上看这是秦腔传承的危机,实质上反映了民间传统文化在现代社会的衰微和农村社区公共价值认同的弱化。秦腔对当代西北地区的新农村建设具有重要的意义和价值,应该运用国家力量,以公共财政为支持引导农村秦腔文化发展,以重建文明健康的农村公共文化生活。

With the marginalization of countryside culture,development of Shaanxi opera is declining day by day at present.Superficially this is crisis of maintenance of Shaanxi opera,it reflects folk traditional culture's decline and reduction of countryside community common value agreements in fact.Shaanxi Opera is of great importance to contemporary new countryside construction in Northwest China.We should utilize state power to guide development of rural Shaanxi Opera culture by public finance from government subsidy,and rebuild civilized and sound rural public culture lives.
