民族地区商业银行效率研究——以西藏CHDD地区农业银行为例

The Research of Commercial Bank Efficiency in National Regions——A Study Based on the CHDD Agricultural Bank in Xizang

商业银行效率是目前金融研究的一个热点。商业银行效率的评价涉及组织运营状态评价和可持续发展能力评价。组织运营状态评价多以内部财务指标评价为主,可持续发展评价分为静态评价和动态评价,以效率为基本评价指标。近年来由于技术进步,民族地区的农业银行其效率得到了较大提升,可持续发展能力得到提高。以西藏某地区农业银行为例,由于技术进步缓慢,对其全要素生产率产生了负向影响;技术投入不足成为制约其生产力增长的主要原因。提高民族地区农业银行效率必须至少关注五个方面的问题。

The study of efficiency of commercial banks is now a hot spot in the research of the financial field.The efficiency evaluation of commercial Banks involves organization operating status evaluation and the sustainable development ability evaluation.The internal financial indicators are often used in the organization operating status evaluation,and the evaluation of sustainable development can be described by the static evaluation and the dynamic evaluation,and the efficiency is the basic indicator.The dynamic evaluation is the most typical one.Agricultural bank is one of the typical representative of commercial banks,and due to the technological progress,the agricultural banks' efficiency and the sustainable development ability were improved.The agricultural banks of ethnic minority areas have some particularity,and we take the agricultural bank of Xizang as an example.The technological progress is slow,and this situation brings about a negative influenceon the total factor productivity,inadequate technology becomes the main cause preventing its productivity growth.We should focus on at least five aspects when improving the efficiency of agricultural banks in ethnic minority areas.
