摘要
结合沿海淡水、土地缺乏以及附近有岩盐资源情况,提出利用LNG冷能海水淡化生产淡水、浓盐水用于制盐或盐化工产品的循环经济产业链,符合国家节能减排的国策和科学发展观的要求。
Combining the situation of coastal fresh water, land absence and nearby rock salt resources, this paper presents a circular economy industry chain which utilizes LNG cold energy sea water desalination to manufature fresh water and strong brine, and then put them into salt making or salt and chemical products making. This technology meets the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction and the Scientific Outlook on Development in China.
