摘要
目的:观察慢节奏音乐对剧烈运动后学生心率恢复的影响。方法:选取20名在校大学生,男女生各10名,分为音乐恢复组和安静恢复组,每组各10名。对两组学生进行对照交叉试验。音乐恢复组学生跑台运动后采取聆听慢节奏音乐状态下恢复心率;安静恢复组学生采用安静状态下恢复心率。运动后5、10、15、20 min,记录两组学生的心率及恢复至初始心率所用时间。结果:1音乐恢复组学生的心率下降幅度明显大于安静恢复组;2两组学生在每5 min心率差值时段产生显著差异;3音乐恢复组学生的心率恢复至初始时所用时间明显短于安静恢复组。结论:慢节奏音乐对剧烈运动后学生的心率恢复效果优于安静状态下恢复效果。
Objective To investigate effects of slow-paced music on heart rate recovery of students after strenuous exercises. Methods: 20 college students, including ten male and ten female students, were controlled in this crossover and controlled study. They wee divided into music recovery group and quiet recovery group, 10 cases in each group. After the exercises, the music recovery group and the quiet recovery group took to recovery their heart rates by listening to the slowpaced music and by resting in quiet state, respectively. Their heart rates 5,10,15,20 minutes after the exercises and the time used to recover to the initial heart rate were recor-ded. Results: (1) The heart rate of music recovery group dropped significantly greater than quiet recovery group (P 〈0.05). (2) There "was a significant difference of the heart rate between music recovery group and quiet recovery group in every 5 minutes ( P 〈 0.05). (3) The time used to recover to the initial heart rate of music recovery group w’as significantly shorter than that of quiet recov-ery group (P 〈0. 05). Conclusions: The clinical application of slow-paced music is more efficient to reduce the fast heart rate after exercises than resting in quiet state.
