摘要
以白芍秸秆为原料,采用微波辐照磷酸活化法制备活性炭。在最佳工艺条件下,所制备出的白芍秸秆活性炭的BET表面积为940.87 m^2/g,碘吸附值达1 265.1 mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值达396.7 mg/g,得到收率为58%。用制备的白芍秸秆活性炭对中药材中的SO_2吸附进行考察,实验结果表明,该活性炭对中药材中的SO_2吸附效果较好。
Activated carbon was made from paeony stalk by microwave radiation with H3P04 as activating agent. Under the optimum technical conditions,the BET surface area of activated carbon made from paeony stalk is 940. m^2/g,the iodine adsorption value is 1 265. 1 mg/g, the methylene blue adsorption value is 396. 7 mg/g,and its yield could reach 58% . The experiment tries using paeony stalk activated carbon to adsorb the S02 in Chinese herbal medicines, and the experimental results show that it takes effect.
