四川省经济发展区域平衡性研究

Economic Development and Regional Balance Research in Sichuan Province

选取人均GDP、职工平均工资和农村居民人均纯收入三个指标,运用相对发展指数、复合年均增长率、基于基尼系数的区域发展平衡度等方法分析四川省21个州市,定量分析四川省区域经济发展平衡程度,研究结果表明:四川省人均GDP、职工平均工资和农村居民年均纯收入稳步增长,除三个自治州以外城乡收入差距呈不断扩大的趋势;从21个州市间的人均GDP指标来看,其相对发展指数存在较大差异,而差异较小的指标是职工平均工资和农村居民年均纯收入;21个州市间的人均GDP的平衡度呈明显的上升趋势但最低,职工平均工资平衡度变化不大且最高,农村居民人均纯收入平衡度呈上升趋势。研究成果对于客观认识四川省经济发展历程,以及如何协调区域平衡发展奠定了基础。

The analysis object is analyzed with three indexes of average per capita GDP, annual average net income of farmers and workers, using the average annual compound growth rate, the relative development index, based on the “Gini coefficient” of the regional development balance and other methods to analyze the 21 cities in Sichuan Province. Quantitative analysis results show that： Sichuan province per capita GDP , the average annual net income of farmers and the steady growth of the average wage of workers, in addition to the three autonomous regions and rural income gap is widening trend. The relative development indexes of per capita net income of farmers in 21 cities are relatively large, while the difference between the relative development index of GDP and the average wage of workers is relatively small. The average annual balance of GDP among the 21 cities is relatively ow, but it presents a more obvious upward trend. The per capita net income of farmers is relatively high and the average wage is increased, but the average wage is balanced. The research results have laid a foundation for the objective understanding of the eco-nomic development of Sichuan Province,and how to coordinate the development of regional balanced development.
