芪归健脑方对阿尔茨海默病病人血浆胆碱酯酶活性和认知能力的影响 被引量:3

The Influence of Qigui Jiannao Prescription on Plasma Cholinesterase Activity and Cognitive Ability in Patients with Alzheimer's Disease

摘要 目的观察芪归健脑方对阿尔茨海默病(AD)病人血浆中乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性和认知能力的影响。方法选取AD病人60例,随机分为两组:芪归健脑方组和西药治疗组,各30例。芪归健脑方组口服芪归健脑方,每次100g,每日2次。西药治疗组口服吡拉西坦(脑复康),每次0.8g,每日3次。两组均连续治疗6个月,治疗前后分别测定血浆中AChE活性,并应用简易智力状态量表评估智力障碍程度。结果两组治疗后AChE活性和简易智力状态量表积分较治疗前均明显增加(P<0.05),但两组间治疗后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪归健脑方能提高AD病人血浆中AChE的活性,并且能明显改善其认知能力。 Objective To analysis the effect and clinical significance of Qigui Jiannao prescription ( QJP)on plasma acetyl cholinesterase activity and cognitive ability in patients with Alzheimer’ s diseas ( AD) . Methods Sixty patients with AD ware randomly dividedinto two groups: QJP group ( n =30)treated with oral Qiguijiannao prescription, each time 100 grams, 2 times a day, and westernmedicine treatment group( n =30)treated with oral Naofukang, each time 0.8 grams, 2 times a day. Both groups were treated for 6months, the plasma AChE activity was determined before and after treatment, and the degree of mental retardation was assessedwith simple intelligence status scale. Results The AChE activity and the scores of simple mental state scale of the two groups aftertreatment were significantly increased than before treatment ( P 〈0.05) , and compared with the differences between the two groups,there was not statistical significance( P 〉0.05) , but Qiguijiannao prescription group was superior to western medicine treatmentgroup.Conclusion QJP can improve the activity of plasma AChE in patients with AD, and can significantly improve the cognitive ability.
