主动脉内球囊反搏在老年病人心脏术后的临床应用研究被引量：7

摘要目的探讨主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)在老年病人心脏术后的临床应用。方法收集我院心外科ICU进行心脏手术的老年病人40例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组病人在给予强心、利尿、机械通气等对症治疗与盐酸多巴胺治疗,观察组病人在对照组的基础上加用IABP。比较治疗前后两组病人收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、中心静脉压(CVP)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、每小时尿量及并发症发生情况。结果两组病人治疗后SBP、DBP水平与治疗前相比均升高,CVP、BUN及Cr水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后相比,观察组病人SBP、DBP水平较高(P<0.05),CVP、BUN、Cr水平较低(P<0.05),每小时尿量增多(P<0.05);观察组病人并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论主动脉内球囊反搏能够有效提高老年病人心脏术后的生存率,推测其机制可能与主动脉内球囊反搏降低老年病人心脏术后CVP、BUN、Cr水平及并发症发生率,升高SBP、DBP水平及每小时尿量有关。
