阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗急性进展性脑梗死的疗效观察 被引量：79

摘要 目的观察阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗急性进展性脑梗死的临床效果及不良反应。方法选择60例急性脑梗死(均为动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死)病人,随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予单一抗血小板聚集阿司匹林治疗,观察组给予双抗血小板聚集阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗。观察两组治疗前后美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分变化及不良反应。结果两组病人治疗后神经功能缺损症状明显好转,NIHSS评分明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后NIHSS评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗急性进展性脑梗死较单一阿司匹林治疗更能有效阻止脑梗死进展,改善症状。
