摘要
用电容转移电荷的方法,实现了对N沟道增强型场效应管的驱动.从而实现了对H桥电路的驱动.可以适用于电机的驱动,电源逆变器,大功率变频器等需要换流的电路或产品.
With the method of the capacitance transfer charge,the drive of the N channel MOSFET is realized so as to realize the drive of H bridge circuit. It can be applied to circuits or products requiring conversion such as the motor drive, power inverter, high power frequency converters, etc.
