摘要
全拖挂钻机主体外形尺寸较大,无法在宽度为9 m左右的油田公路进行长距离整体移运;分体多模块拖挂移运钻机前、后安装工序多、耗时长、移运成本高,不满足用户的使用要求。为此,研制了ZJ40/2250DBT轮式拖挂移运钻机。该钻机由主机模块、钻井泵模块、发电机组模块及固控系统模块等组成,井架和底座可携带所安装的设备采用半拖挂整体移运,移运时最大轮距外宽8.6 m。主机模块、底座模块、发电机模块及钻井泵模块移运试验中,前行、倒车和转弯均能顺利进行,上面安装的设备固定牢靠,不存在松抖现象。该钻机的成功研制和使用为窄轮距拖挂钻机研制提供了设计参考。
The current lull towing rig cannot realize long-distance overall transport on 9 m wide oilfield high-ways due to its large body dimensions. The installation process ol the multi-module split towing rig before and alter its transport is plenty, time- consuming, and with high cost, and can hardly meet the requirements of users. In view of this, ZJ40/2250DBT wheeled towing rig with independent intellectual property was developed. The rig is composed of host module, drilling pump module, generator module and solid control system module. Its derrick and substructure can carry installed equipment and move by semitrailer as an integrated module. The tread of rig is 8.6 m in the largest width during transport. The host module, substructure module, generator module and drilling pump module can proceed smoothly for forwarding, reversing and turning in the transport test. And the equipment installed on it is fixed firmly and there is no shaking or tottering. The successful development and use of the rig also provides a reference for the design of narrow-tread towing rig.
