摘要
为了定量分析冲洗液对油基滤饼的冲洗效率,分析了现有技术的不足,针对模拟因素确定了设计方案,设计了滤饼生成装置和冲洗效率评价装置,对模拟井筒的流态进行了仿真模拟,确定了冲洗效率评价操作步骤。采用该装置对质量分数15%的M-71L冲洗液进行了冲洗效率评价试验;模拟井筒流态仿真模拟显示环空流态均匀。评价试验结果表明:冲洗液在温度60℃、流速1.15 m/s、冲洗时间8 min的条件下,冲洗效率为96.8%;同时说明滤饼生成装置能够模拟井壁生成滤饼,套冲洗效率评价装置能够模拟冲洗液在不同温度及流态条件下对滤饼的冲洗效率。研究结果可为实际施工时冲洗参数的确定提供依据。
In order to quantitatively analyze the efficiency ol flushing fluid on oil based filter cake, shortcomings ol the existing technology are discussed, the design scheme for simulation factors is decided, the filter cake generation device and the flushing efficiency evaluation device are designed, flow state in the wellbore is simulated and the evaluation steps for flushing efficiency are determined. The device is used for the flushing efficiency evaluation test of mass fraction 15% M-71L flushing fluid. The evaluation test by simulation of wellbore flow state showed that the annular flow state was uniform, and it is concluded that: the flushing efficiency of flushing fluid is 96. 8 % at the temperature of 60 ℃ and flow velocity of 1. 15 m/s for the flushing time of 8 min; the filter cake generation device is able to simulate generation of filter cake on the well wall,and the flushing efficiency evaluation device is able to simulate flushing efficiency of the flushing fluid under different temperature and flow state conditions. The research result could provide a basis for the determination of flushing parameters in actual construction.
