摘要 针对冀东油田分层采油管柱由于结垢和出砂等导致管柱起出困难等问题,研究了逐级解封防沉砂分采管柱。该管柱主要由挡砂丢手、JDY441高温高压卡水封隔器、JDY341高温高压封隔器、分采开关器和逐级解封装置等组成,利用卡水封隔器进行分段开采,挡砂丢手接头阻隔砂垢沉积在封隔器卡瓦上部,逐级解封装置可实现逐级解封和打捞,减小了打捞载荷。现场5口井的应用结果表明:逐级解封防沉砂分采管柱下入顺利,封隔器坐封和丢手均一次性成功,最大下入井深3 868 m。该分采管柱换层生产效果明显,封隔器密封效果良好,具有广阔的推广应用前景。 To address the issue of difficult pulling out of hole of separate layer oil production string due to scaling and sanding in Jidong oilfield, the gradually releasing and anti-sanding string for separate layer production has been developed. The string mainly consist of sand blocking release, JDY441 HPHT water seal packer, Y 341 HPHT packer, separate layer oil production switch, gradually releasing device and plugs. The water seal packer is used to separately produce oil layer. The sand blocking release could prevent the sand deposited on the packer slips. Gradual releasing device could achieve gradual releasing and fishing and reduce fishing load. Field application results on five wells showed the string run smoothly into the well with one-time success of packer setting and releasing operation. The operated maximum well depth is of 3868 m. The performance of layer change production is good with great packer seal.
