活态型历史文化名村原住民旅游从业意愿影响因素及创新激励研究 被引量:1

The influencing factors of tourism-employment intention and drive innovation for the native in the living historical and cultural villages

摘要 构建影响历史文化名村旅游从业意愿影响因素的假设模型,以福建省国家级历史文化名村——漈下村、廉村、浦源村、仙蒲村和半月里村为例实证研究历史文化名村原住民旅游从业意愿的影响因素.研究结果显示:1)职业认同、产业认同、环境支持是旅游从业意愿的关键因素,商业意识、预期收益和风险感知是旅游从业意愿的重要因素;2)职业认同对原住民旅游从业意愿影响最大,其次为产业认同.此处,基于历史文化名村原住民旅游从业意愿影响因素的作用机理,提出实现从业意愿激励创新的若干措施. Based on the exploratory factor analysis( EFA),We built a hypothesis structural equation model of the influence on the intention of tourism employment and we took the national historical and cultural village,Jixia,Licun,Puyuan,Xianpu and Banyueli as examples and empirically studied the factors that influenced the tourism employment intention of the native. The results were shown as following: 1) profession identity, industry identity and environment support were the key factors influencing the tourism employment intention,and commercial sense, anticipated income and risk recognition were the important factors. 2) profession identity had the most significant influence on the tourism employment intention,followed by the industry identity. Based on the analysis of the influencing mechanism,the suggestions on driving the tourism employment intention were also discussed.
