摘要
为了解决松软特厚强黏结性突出煤层中抽放钻孔施工困难的问题,以新疆艾维尔沟矿区1930煤矿2上煤层为研究对象,通过6次现场试验及应用,对常规钻孔工艺与液压钻机配套三棱钻杆水排渣工艺进行对比分析。结果表明,液压钻机配套三棱钻杆水力排渣工艺能够有效避免孔内煤渣黏结,且护孔效果明显,对提高成孔率十分有利。
In order to solve the problem gas drainage hole construction difficult of soft and very thick outburst coal with strong caking, taking the No.2 upper coal seam of Xinjiang Aiweiergou mining area 1930 Mine as the research object,comparative analyzing the conventional drilling technology and hydraulic drill,trigonous drill pipe and hydraulic slag removal process through six field test and application.The results show that,the process of hydraulic drill,trigonous drill pipe and hydraulic slag removal can effectively avoid drilling cutting caking,to improve the hole formation rate is very favorable.The research results provide references for study of drilling process in Aiweiergou mining area and similar condition mines.
