摘要
简要分析了2ZBQ-10/10型煤矿用气动注浆泵原有测压系统存在的一些问题:密封不够紧密、测压不准,甚至漏浆,不能适应高压注浆的需求。对原有混合器测压系统存在的上述结构缺陷进行了阐述,并提出了2种全新结构形式的测压装置。现场试验表明,上述测压装置能够在保证注浆流量的同时,也能较准确地测控注浆压力,并且不会产生漏浆的问题较好地满足了高压注浆的需求。
This paper analyzed some problems of the original pressure measuring system of 2ZBQ-10/10 coal mine pneumatic grouting pump:untight sealing,inaccurate pressure measurement,grout leakage,which can not meet the needs of high-pressure grouting.This paper elaborated the above problems of original pressure measuring system,and put forward two new structural pressure measuring devices. Field application show that,the new device can ensure the grouting outflow,measure the grouting pressure accurately and avoid grout leakage problem,which meets the needs of high-pressure grouting well.
