无人机低空摄影在农村宅基地调查中的应用

Application of UAV low altitude photography in investigations of rural residential land

分析了传统宅基地调查测绘作业存在的问题,提出了采用无人机低空摄影生成正摄影像图作为农村宅基地调查底图的思路。该技术的应用,省略了传统作业人工草图绘制,将外业数据采集工作量压缩近50%,解决了填写调查填表时户主不能识别专业测量图纸的作业瓶颈,避免了因不能进入户家而无法完成调查的情况,克服了因传统作业数据采集不完整反复返工的技术难题,革新了传统作业模式,调整了传统作业程序,提高了工程质量及工作效率。

Analysed the problems of traditional investigation work for rural residential land,it was proposed that using unmanned aerial vehicle low altitude photography to generate positive photographic image. The application of this method can omit the manual sketch drawing,and can compress nearly 50% of the workload of collecting data in field surveying,and has solved the difficulty that the head of the household can not identify professional measurement drawings when they fill in the questionnaires,and avoid technical problems of rework because of incomplete data collection.This technology has reformed the traditional mode of operation,adjusted the traditional operating procedures,and improved the quality of the project and work efficiency.
