区域性股权市场促进京津冀经济协同发展的对策探析

Countermeasures of Regional Equity Market Promoting the Economic Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration

京津冀协同发展是一项重大国家战略,经济协同发展更是关键所在。本文构建了"产业梯度—创新资源与要素分布程度—京津冀经济协同发展程度"的模型,认为较大的产业梯度、不均衡的创新资源与要素分布相互作用,导致京津冀经济协同发展困难重重。与此同时,本文认为京津冀三地的区域性股权市场通过跨行政区域合作,可以有效降低产业梯度,均衡创新资源与要素分布,从而促进京津冀经济协同发展。最后,本文还提出了在条件合适时,通过双向挂牌、相互参股,最终超越行政性场外市场走向京津冀三地统一场外市场的政策建议。

The cooperative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeiisan item is national strategy,and economic co-ordinated development is the key to this strategy. This paper constructs a model of'industry grades-innovative re-sources distribution-regional cooperative development',and suggests that the two factors of industry grades and inno-vation resources distribution and their interactions have negative effects on regional cooperative development. Mean-while,this paper suggests that the cooperation among regional equity markets of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei,woulddecrease industry grades,distribute innovative resources,and finally promote the economic coordinated developmentof Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. This paper also proposes a unified regional equity markets of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebeishould be formed after a few cooperation in the future.
