江苏省财政支农支出影响农业生产的实证分析

Empirical Analysis of the Impact of Fiscal Expenditure on Agricultural Production in Jiangsu Province

财政支农支出是解决"三农问题"的重要保证,可以有效促进农业发展和农村经济的繁荣稳定。本文在总结江苏省财政支农政策发展现状的基础上,对财政支农支出与农业生产的关系进行了实证分析。研究发现财政支农支出对农业经济增长有着非常显著的正向影响,其中农业补贴、农业合作经营支出的效果最优,最后为政府部门提出相应政策建议。

Fiscal expenditure for supporting agriculture is an important guarantee to solve the three dimensionalrural issues,which can effectively promote the development of agriculture and stabilization and prosperousness of ruraleconomy. Based on the summary of the current development situation of fiscal expenditure for supporting agriculture inJiangsu Province,the paper analyzes the relationship between fiscal expenditure for supporting agriculture and agricultural production. The study finds that there is a very significant positive influence on agricultural production by fiscalexpenditure for supporting agriculture,and the best effectiveness are agricultural subsidy and expenditure on agricul-tural cooperative business operation. Finally,it puts forward some corresponding policy recommendations for the government departments.
