贵州红色文化资源保护现状及其法律保护思考——以毕节市红色文化遗产法律保护为例

On the Status quo of Protecting the Red Cultural Resource in Guizhou and its Legal protection——A Case Study of the Legal Protection of Red Cultural Relics in Bijie

中国共产党在贵州毕节的革命活动,留下了丰富的红色文化资源,成为毕节人民的宝贵精神财富。但红色文化资源在保护方面出现了许多问题,法律因素已成为制约红色文化资源保护的关键性因素。因此,毕节地方立法机关加大立法力度和步伐,结合红色文化资源的实际情况,构建红色文化资源地方性法律保护体系,为红色文化资源的保护提供强有力的法律武器,才能实现毕节坚持红色传承,推动绿色发展,打造西部内陆开放新高地的战略目标。

CCP＇S revolutionary activity in Bijie ofGuizhou left abundant red cultural resource, which has become precious spiritual treasure of Bijiers, and yet, there emerge many problems about red cultural resource in terms of protection, and legal factor has become the key factor restricting the protection ofred cultural resource. Therefore, the legislature in Bijie should draw attention to legislation ofred cultural resource, providing legal protection of this kind of resource, and only in this way, can we reach the aim of inheriting red cultural relics, promoting development of green ecology and improving the opening up of inland China.
