摘要
利用热重分析仪(TG-DTG)研究了微量元素钒加入沥青前后的热解动力学模型,对沥青焦进行了XRD衍射分析,测定了钒元素加入的炭阳极CO_2/空气残余率。结果表明:随着钒元素含量的增加,沥青热解过程反应表观活化能略为增大,使热解反应速度放缓,热解更充分,产焦率略有增加,使CO_2残余率增大,可降低炭阳极的额外消耗;随着钒含量提高,促进微小炭颗粒的产生,晶粒厚度减小,增大了活性质点数。同时,V元素在空气中存在较强的催化作用,这些均可加速炭阳极在空气中的反应速率。
The pitch which was mixed vanadium element before and after pyrolysis process was tested with TG - DTG method. The CO2 and air reactivity of carbon anode was researched respectively. The microstructure of pitch cokes were tested by XRD. The results showed that : with the addition of the va- nadium elements, the apparent activation energy of pitch pyrolysis increased slightly, the pyrolysis rate slowed down, pyrolysis process was more fully, the production rate of asphalt coke increased, the CO2 residual rate of carbon anode improved, the extra consumption of carbon anode reduced, the generation of tiny carbon particles was promoted, the carbon anode grain thickness decreased, the living nature points increased. At the same time, the vanadium el- ements had strong catalytic role in air, so these could accelerate the reaction rate of carbon anode in the air.
