V带外包布浸胶胶料配方经过并用顺丁橡胶增加胶料的黏合性能和弹性及降低升热;加强助硫化体系改善天然橡胶硫化还原性能和抗老化性能;更换拉伸强度和耐磨性能更佳的炭黑N234提高橡胶胶料的性能;添加动态黏合剂LP-600和耐磨剂JTH-315提升橡胶动态性能;加强工艺管理控制,提升V带质量稳定性,延长V带使用寿命。
V belt outsourcing cloth increased flexibility and reduce heat with using Polybutadiene Strengthen the assistant curing system improves the performance of natural rubber curing reduction and anti-aging performance. Replace carbon black N234 which has better tensile strength and wear resistance to improve the performance.Add dynamic adhesive LP - 600 and wear-resisting agent JTH - 315 to improve dynamic performance. Strengthen the management of process control, improving the quality of the V belt stability, prolong the service life of the V belt.
