摘要
众所周知,轮胎厂中的硫化工段为散热量极大的车间,一般来说该工段的热负荷约为50-60 W/m^3之间,根据国家卫生规范,该工段内工作区温度允许高于当地通风温度5℃。同时,由于硫化机运行时产生大量的热,在硫化机开模瞬间也会产生大量的热烟气,因此,组织好气流是很关键的,本文对硫化车间内的散热源及气流组织进行了较为系统的分析,在原有传统的通风方案基础之上,取其精华,提出相对较为合理且节能的新的通风方案。
It is well known that, the curing section of tire plant has a great amount of heat dissipation. In general, the heat load of thesection is about 50 - 60 W/m^3, and the temperature of working area in this section is allowed 5℃ higher than the local ventilation temperature according to national health standards. Meanwhile, a lot of heat is generated during the operation of the curing press, and a large number of hot flue gas is generated at mold opening moment, therefore, good airflow organization is quite critical. This paper systematically analyzes the heat source and airflow organization in the curing workshop, takes essence of traditional ventilation scheme, and puts forward a relatively reasonable and energy-saving new ventilation scheme.
