一种MW级大功率电池储能变流器关键技术及其工程应用 被引量:6

Key Technology and Its Application of MW-Scale Converter in Battery Energy Storage System

摘要 大功率大容量电池储能是建设智能电网和未来储能电站的关键技术,在可再生能源并网、电力系统调频调峰和需求侧响应等方面有着广泛应用。提出一种MW级大功率大容量储能变流器的拓扑结构及其控制策略,在北京市科学技术委员会和京能集团的大力支持下,从基础理论、仿真分析、实验室低压物理模型验证和MW级示范工程等全流程,验证本文所提出的技术路线的可行性和正确性。实践证明,所提出的大功率储能变流器的技术路线为未来建设MW级乃至数十MW级储能电站奠定了技术基础,达到了工程实用化应用水平。 Large-scale battery energy storage system( ESS) is the key technology of smart grid and future ESS station,which will be widely applied in renewable energy integration,power system frequency and peak load adjustment,and demand response,etc. This paper presents the topological structure and control strategy of a MW-scale ESS converter.Based on the strong support of Beijing Science Technology Administration and Jingneng Group,this paper verifies the feasibility and correctness of the proposed technical route,from the whole processes of basic theory,simulation analysis,low voltage physical model in laboratory and MW-scale demonstration project. The practice shows that the proposed technical route for the large-scale ESS converter has laid the technological foundation for the future MW or ten MW ESS station,which has achieved the level of engineering practical application.
