摘要 分布式光伏未来将在配电网中实现大规模接入,但由于受环境影响,其输出功率波动较大,在光伏并网时会给配电网带来诸多不利。为此,提出了一种基于混合储能的自适应光伏功率平抑策略,通过协调蓄电池和超级电容的功率分配,充分发挥了超级电容响应速度快的特点。同时,平抑策略中的荷电状态(state of charge,SOC)反馈功能兼顾了储能的SOC变化情况,使其具有较强的自适应能力,实现了储能的最优化利用。最后,通过分析验证了所提策略的可行性和有效性。 The large-scale access in distribution network of distributed photovoltaic( PV) system will bring many unfavorable factors due to its fluctuating output power affected by environment. This paper proposes an adaptive PV power smoothing strategy based on the hybrid energy storage,which coordinates the power distribution between the battery and the super-capacitorto reach the fully use of fast responding characteristic of super-capacitor. In addition,the state of charge( SOC) feedback function of proposed strategy will have a strong adaptive ability for taking into account the SOC changing,to realize the optimization of energy utilization. Finally,we verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy through the analysis.
