茯苓温肾胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者细胞因子的影响

Effect of Fuling Wenshen Capsules on cytokines in patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察茯苓温肾胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者细胞因子的影响。方法:将40名CHF病人按照随机数表法分为两个组。对照组予以间断低流量吸氧、低盐低脂饮食,利尿剂,ACEI,β受体阻滞剂,醛固酮受体拮抗剂,洋地黄类,维持水、电解质、酸碱平衡等治疗。,治疗组在对照组基础上加服茯苓温肾胶囊,疗程4周。比较2组治疗前后BNP水平、IL-6含量、肝肾功能等指标。结果:2组患者治疗4周,治疗后BNP水平、IL-6含量较治疗前均明显下将,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗前后肝肾功能生化指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后BNP水平、IL-6含量对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:茯苓温肾胶囊可以进一步降低心衰患者BNP、IL-6水平,能改善心功能和预后,具有重要临床使用价值。

Objective： To observe the effect of Fuling Wenshen Capsules（FWC）on cytokines in patients with Chronic Heart Failure（CHF）. Method：The 40 CHF patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with intermittent low flow oxygen,low salt and low fat diet,diuretics,ACEI,beta blockers,aldosterone receptor antagonists,and Digitalis,maintaining water,electrolyte,acid-base balance,and so on.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with FWC,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks. Compared the two groups before and after treatment,BNP level,IL-6 content,liver and kidney function and other indicators. Result：The two groups of patients for 4 weeks,after treatment,the levels of BNP,IL-6 levels were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in the function of liver and kidney function（P〉0.05）. After treatment,the levels of BNP and IL-6 were significantly different between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：FWC can further reduce BNP,IL-6 level,can improve cardiac function and prognosis,have important clinical value.
