点刺放血疗法联合益气活血汤及生肌长皮膏治疗下肢慢性溃疡临床观察

Clinical Observation of Pricking Method Combine with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction and Shengji Zhangpi Cream in Treating Chronic Ulcer of Leg

目的:探究点刺放血疗法结合益气活血汤及生肌长皮膏治疗下肢慢性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取96例下肢慢性溃疡患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者采取清创换药治疗,实验组患者清创的同时采用点刺放血疗法结合益气活血汤及生肌长皮膏治疗,连续治疗2周,观察对比2组患者治疗效果、创面愈合时间。结果:实验组治疗有效率为97.92%,对照组为85.41%,实验组有效率显著高于对照组,且创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:点刺放血疗法结合益气活血汤及生肌长皮膏治疗下肢慢性溃疡效果良好,患者恢复快,具有较高临床应用价值,可推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the pricking method combine with Yiqi Huoxue decoction and Shengji Zhangpi cream in treating chronic ulcer of leg. Methods： 96 cases with chronic ulcer of leg were randomly divided in the control group and the experimental group. Clean up the wound and replace drugs was used in the control group and pricking method combine with Yiqi Huoxue decoction and Shengji Zhangpi cream was used in the experimental group.Continuous 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment effect was observed comparing the two groups of patients, healing time. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 97.92% and the effective rate was 85.41% in the control group, the experimental group was significantly higher, and the healing time was shorter than the control group, a statistically significant difference. Conclusion： pricking method combine with Yiqi Huoxue decoction and Shengji Zhangpi cream in treating chronic ulcer of leg has a good effect, the patient recovered quickly, with high clinical value, can be widely used.
