颅内皮样囊肿的诊断与治疗:附2例报告被引量：1

摘要颅内皮样囊肿（dermoid cyst）亦称为皮样瘤,是缓慢生长的罕见先天性良性肿瘤,其发病率不到颅内肿瘤的1%,好发部位为中后颅窝和蝶鞍区,尤其在中线部位[1]。本文报道2例颅内皮样囊肿并结合文献对其复习以提高对本病的认识。1临床资料病例1,女,27岁,因间断性头痛1年余入院。
