This paper,in combination with HUANG Yan-pei＇s ideas of vocational education,discusses the talent cultivation problems of contemporary China＇s vocational education,puts forwards the necessity to set up the correct outlook on talents of contemporary vocational education,and elaborates this outlook,attempting to provide thought for development and reform of vocational education.
